Important Information

As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery time for your shipment will begin. This includes a period of 3 working days in which our warehouse will process and dispatch your shipment from Monday through Friday. In case of restocking, the shipment period may take longer and one of our staff members will send you a notification of delay via email.

Exhchange and Returns

India – 7 days exchange and return accepted from the date of product purchased.

International – No returns or exchanges on international orders.

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact the us at @ support@movok.in. Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid. If the order is cancelled before it has been shipped, only then the refund will be processed in the original mode of payment and should reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
