SHIPPING | EXCHANGE & RETURNS | CANCELLATIONS

Important Information

As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery time for your shipment will begin. This includes a period of 3 working days in which our warehouse will process and dispatch your shipment from Monday through Friday. In case of restocking, the shipment period may take longer and one of our staff members will send you a notification of delay via email.

Exhchange and Returns

India – 7 days exchange and return accepted from the date of product purchased.

International – No returns or exchanges on international orders.

ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE.

Exchange under the following conditions
  • If there is any manufacturing defect.
  • Please note that the product must be unused and kept intact with all the tags and labels
  • The reverse shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • The replacement will be shipped within 1 business day after the product reaches our warehouse.
Returns under the following conditions
  • If there is any manufacturing defect. We will send you a replacement product.
  • Please note that the product must be unused and kept intact with all the tags and labels
  • The reverse shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds. We only issue credit notes valid for 1 year.
  • You can either exchange the product for a different size or request a credit note of the same amount. In case the product does not fit you, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different size only or get a refund via *credit note.
  • All On-sale or discounted products are not eligible for returns.
  • No returns or exchanges on international orders.

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact the us at @ support@movok.in. Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid. If the order is cancelled before it has been shipped, only then the refund will be processed in the original mode of payment and should reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
